Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team on-site. This candidate must have experience in Facebook PPC ads and will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns for 20 accounts to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. They should have a strong understanding of all aspects of the Meta advertising platform and tools, along with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns. The Digital Advertising Specialist will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop other effective digital strategies and ensure campaigns align with business objectives.

Salary Range:
· $80,000 - $95,000 (Commensurate with skills and experience)
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute Facebook advertising campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
2. Conduct audience research and segmentation to target specific demographics, interests, and behaviors.
3. Create compelling ad creatives, including copywriting and visual assets, that resonate with the target audience and adhere to brand guidelines.
4. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify trends to optimize ad performance and maximize ROI.
5. A/B test ad creatives, audience targeting, ad placements, and bidding strategies to continually improve campaign performance.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices for Facebook advertising.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to align Facebook ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
8. Provide regular reports and analysis of campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for optimization.
9. Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation and optimal performance.
10. Stay informed about Facebook advertising policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing & advertising, social networking, working on campaigns for different digital marketing channels, or a related field.
2. Proven experience managing Facebook & Google advertising campaigns (2 years), including hands-on experience with Facebook & Google Ads Manager (Must have extensive experience). Multiple account management or agency experience a plus.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and advertising concepts.
4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
5. Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
9. Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Instagram, Google Ads) is a plus.
10. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field preferred.
