Job Description:

As a Barber with an entrepreneurial focus, you willhave the chance to diversify your income streams while providing exceptional service to a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Client Services: Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming treatments, to clients of all ages and backgrounds. Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Barbering Education and Training: Stay abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and tools in barbering through continuous education and training. Share your knowledge and expertise with colleagues and clients to elevate their grooming experiences.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand your client base and increase revenue streams. Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses, collaborate with influencers, and utilize social media to market your services effectively.
• Product Sales: Offer grooming products and accessories to clients to complement your services and enhance their at-home grooming routines. Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' needs and preferences. Open to participating in popup shops hosted at One Divine or at other locations.
• Financial Management: Manage your finances effectively to maximize profitability and sustainability. Monitor expenses, set pricing strategies, and
• Media & Events: Provide on-site grooming services for special events such as weddings, photo shoots, fashion shows, and corporate gatherings. Customize your offerings to suit the unique requirements and preferences of each client or event. Open to hosting and teaching classes (1-on-1/group, in-person/virtual).
• Online Presence: Establish a strong online presence through social media platforms, a professional website, and online booking systems. Engage with followers, showcase your work, and attract new clients through captivating content and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Barber: Hold a valid barber license in your state or country of practice. Adhere to industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and professionalism.
• Demonstrated Experience: Have at least 2 consecutive years of business experience. Demonstrate proficiency and expertise in a variety of beauty services, with a track record of satisfied clients and positive reviews.
