One-Eighty Counseling is searching for an experienced rock star OFFICE COORDINATOR to join our CARY/APEX office location!
As an Office Coordinator you will be in charge of the daily functions of your office location. Some of these duties include: answering and scheduling incoming intake calls, managing provider's schedules, checking in clients and collecting copays/balances, maintaining office supplies, and working directly with our Site Directors to encourage a positive and inclusive work atmosphere. 1 year minimum work experience in a medical or mental health office REQUIRED.
This position is full time, Monday through Thursday from 8:30am-5:30pm in our Cary/Apex location and Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm with the option to work from home that day.

Starting pay for this position is $17.00/hour-$18.00/hour.
