Equipment Installer
One Fat Frog is seeking several equipment installers to support our operations in Orlando, FL. As an installer, you will be ensuring our various commercial kitchen equipment is properly installed in our mobile kitchens (food trucks, trailers, etc.). You would be responsible for the installation of equipment such as ovens, fryers, fridges, freezers, and food prep tables. Industry specifics will be trained - if you can put together a piece of furniture, you can do this job!

Essential Job Functions:

• Ability to competently use various hand-held power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure and utilize measurements.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds alone, and equipment weighing up to 7,500 pounds with a team.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, occasionally during tough conditions. (Heat, sawdust, dirt, etc.)
• Ability to follow a blueprint for a mobile kitchen layout. (They are VERY basic.)
• Ability to follow directions.
• Must strictly adhere to all safety procedures and practices.
• General custodial duties.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to bend, squat, and step in and out of food trucks/trailers
• Basic math skills
• Conversational English necessary
• Preference given to bilingual English/Spanish speakers.
