Job Posting for Part-time Spanish-bilingual Nurse Practitioner at One Health Medical Care
We are looking for a licensed nurse practitioner to help in a thriving primary care. Your duties will include recording patients' medical histories, performing physical exams, administering diagnostic tests, and creating patient care plans. You will also administer treatment and follow up with patient’s progress.

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will work closely with the doctor and the support team, so you should have a team spirit and positive attitude. Patience, problem-solving skills, great rapport, and communication ability are important.
Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:
Performing histories and physical exams
Recording patients' medical histories and symptoms.
Ordering, administering, and analyzing diagnostic tests.
Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
Creating patient care plans and contributing to existing ones
Prescribe medications and other treatments
Detecting changes in patients' health and modifying treatment plans, as needed.
Referring to appropriate specialists or other healthcare providers as appropriate
Reviewing diagnostic tests, documents, recommendations from other healthcare providers
Educate patients and their family members on diseases, management, prevention
Promote good health practices
Communicate with patients and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate records and schedules
Advance and keep up-to-date with professional knowledge
Contribute to ideas and implementation for practice improvement
