The Position:
The LPN will assist in the delivery of adult and pediatric healthcare services. Under the general guidance of the physician or nurse practitioner, the position will encompass range of patient health education and general clinical support activities.

The Location:
RISE Recovery offers specialized, effective programming that is designed to meet the needs of individuals who are suffering from chemical dependency. RISE integrates medication and counseling services, proven to be a successful approach to recovery. RISE is powered by ONE Health Ohio, which provides access to a large team of clinical professionals dedicated to supporting individuals through their recovery and wellness journey.
There will be travel required between locations – Youngstown, Warren, and Newton Falls. Working shifts between locations are: 2 - 12 hour days, 2 - 8 hour days, evenings and weekends required.
Education/Experience:
- LPN Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- CPR
