Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
- Develop and manage project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Develop a strong comunication among customers and personnel

- Strong Sales Skills
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating as appropriate
- Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and incorporate lessons learned into future projects

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a project manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and resolve issues
- Experience in process management and improvement
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving project goals
- Strong cost control and budget management skills

- Must Know how to Read Lay Outs / Floor plans

- Must Know how to make an estimate ( Training Provided )

- Must Know English as principal language Spanish a plus.

- Must Know Electrical / Plumbing codes

- Must Have a Valid Driver license and reliable transportation

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
