The Student Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service for students and parents at One River School. We have developed a system that blends a fun interactive social dynamic, with an innovative method that focuses on contemporary art education. The Student Services Coordinator leads the effort by working closely with members and students to ensure great experiences. This is a seasonal hourly position that has the potential to transition into an additional role in the Fall.

Responsibilities Include:

• Drive student and member retention through more consistent customer communication and engagement

• Maintain front of the house operations through reception work such as answer phones and responding to emails.
• Maximize student enrollment by installing and managing a systematic method for closing new student inquiries and conducting school tours
• Respond to customer / student service questions and solve issues
• Create, promote and host community events, both on site and off site
• Design new collaterals and graphics for promotion at events and on website / social media
• Provide teacher breaks by doing short activities with students

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, four year college or university required. Currently enrolled students in a degree program will also be considered.
• Majors in business, art history, and marketing / communications preferred
• Strong communication skills required
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to network, collaborate and build relationships with clients, partners, staff, remote colleagues and others.
• Must possess a passion for the One River School brand
