RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Verify accuracy of carrier bills and PODs in Hubtran
• Respond to carrier payment inquiries timely via emails and phone calls
• Respond to rate verifications timely via emails and phone calls
• Respond to Factoring company inquiries
• Weekly Review of open loads
• Provide payment remits upon request
• Monitor carrier profiles
• Monitor email check box for ACH carriers
• Upload PODs
• Assist operations with errors and corrections on loads ·
• Maintain open communication with TL/LTL operations ·
• Respond to emails in timely order
• First responder to phone calls
• Stamp and stuff envelopes

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• No Experience necessary
• Detail-oriented with the ability to focus on accuracy over speed
• Good work ethic
• Strong communication skills

• Eagerness to learn new skills & techniques
• Self-directed with the ability to solve problems with minimal oversight
• Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to get along with diverse personalities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar data entry software
