As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services to our clients in Macomb County and surrounding areas.

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and reliable residential home cleaner contractors to join our team. As a residential cleaning contractor, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks in clients' homes, ensuring that each residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. All responsibilities may not be listed below.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties in residential homes according to established standards and guidelines.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows.
• Handle and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Follow specific instructions provided by clients regarding cleaning preferences and special requirements.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients and company representatives to ensure a positive cleaning experience.
• Organize and tidy up rooms as needed.
• Use your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow cleaning schedules and instructions provided by clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential cleaning.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
• Must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have liability insurance and willing to add One Stop Cleaning Services, LLC on insurance.
