His areas of expertise include Dental Implants, Beautiful Hand-crafted Crowns, Partials, and Dentures. Dr. Seth Kimmelman is well-known for his meticulous approach to dentistry. Role Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic functioning.
Coordinate with dental professionals to optimize patient scheduling and service delivery. Manage administrative staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and patient-centricity. Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and procurement processes. Implement and refine operational procedures and protocols.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or related field. Prior experience in dental or healthcare facility management: 2 years office management, or 5 years front office experience Exceptional organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in practice management software and basic IT systems.
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
