One Tech Engineering is looking for an Architecture Team Lead located in either Green Bay, Wisconsin, or Cedarburg, Wisconsin. The Architecture Team Lead will be responsible for the coordination of contract administration, and construction management efforts for mid to high level complexity projects.
The candidate must be a US Citizen or a green card holder, the position is not eligible for sponsorship. The candidate should have at least 10 years architectural experience, with at least 5 years of recent Project Manager experience.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop successful solutions for their current and long-term goals.
- Assign tasks and schedules to project team members, promote a collaborative work environment, and monitor project progress.
- Develop design and coordinate design teams involving facility assessments, programming, and design efforts for governmental and commercial projects.
- Lead project delivery alternatives, bidding, negotiations, and contract development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or experience in lieu of education is required with licensure in Wisconsin; ability to be licensed in other states is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years architectural experience, with at least 5 years of recent Project Manager experience.
- Experienced in the design and project delivery for governmental, commercial, educational, industrial, and residential projects.
- The ability to work with and lead teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- 2 years of previous experience with Revit is preferred.
- Experience in proposal preparation, contract negotiations and client management, with a proven history of leading and winning proposals, is a plus.
- Excellent presentation, graphics, written, and verbal communication skills.
