Project Manager

ONE Technology Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager with proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The selected candidate will lead a pivotal project focused on transforming Demand Planning processes, driving design synergies, and upgrading critical applications within one of our customer's prominent Business Units.

As the Project Manager, you will spearhead the transformation of Demand Planning processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving design synergies across the customer's Business Unit. This multifaceted role will involve replacing existing tools with standard Enterprise demand planning tools, specifically Oracle Demand Planning Cloud. Additionally, the MCC application (Dassault Systems), utilized for compliance information on materials regulations, will undergo a critical upgrade.

What you need / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master, with expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Business Process Management (BPM).
• Strong communicator with excellent conflict resolution skills, politically astute.
• Familiarity with Demand Planning processes and global project initiatives.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the US and UK.
• Ability to adapt to the chosen project framework (Agile or Waterfall).
• Experience with complex, global initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

What you'll be doing:

As the Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including the transformation of Demand Planning processes and upgrading the MCC application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful replacement of existing tools with Oracle Demand Planning Cloud.
• Oversee the upgrade of the MCC application (Dassault Systems) to enhance its functionality and compliance reporting capabilities.
• Work closely with internal and customer teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines.
• Act as a Project Manager or Scrum Master, depending on the project framework (Agile or Waterfall).
• Utilize knowledge of IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Business Process Management (BPM) to optimize project outcomes.
• Collaborate with an experienced Project Manager to navigate internal processes and project intricacies effectively.
• Ensure effective communication and conflict resolution within the project team.
• Travel within the US and UK as required, collaborating with a geographically distributed project team.
