We are a highly experienced group of technology experts that have been providing IT solutions and support to small and medium-sized businesses in the Portland Metro and surrounding areas for over 15 years. As a growing company we are currently seeking a Sales and Support Operations Assistant.

 

This position requires dedication, persistence, problem solving, follow-up, effective utilization of resources and unbeatable, personalized customer service. 

 

Position Details:

 

  • Chief of Staff to organizational leadership
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Handling administrative requests and queries
  • Planning, setting and attending key company meetings while taking detailed meeting minutes
  • Shipping and receiving of equipment and supplies as needed
  • Follow up on service requests and sales quotes

 

Requirements

 

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary is a plus

 

Experience with CRM is a plus
