You are going to be working in the Private Jet Industry with a career path to move up into a career position with Elite Client base. Our ideal candidate will possess a high-level of attention to detail and is dedicated to ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience with their concierges needs (catering, transportation, accommodations, event planning) etc. This incumbent will assist with setting up catering requests, transportation, hotel reservations…etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains accurate records of catering requests, transportation status, hotel accommodations…etc.
- Responds promptly with accurate and thorough information according to the specific request.
- Arranges and confirms all concierges’ activities that have been assigned by the V.P. of Concierge.
- Maintains a file of services including transportation sources, catering vendors, hotels, venues, client history and any other critical relevant information to the client needs.
- Will work in conjunction with the Operations team.
- Follow through appropriately in accordance with operating procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of our clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience required.
- Must be flexible with availability, after hours and weekends.
- Ideal candidate will have - strong work ethic, highly organized, attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Outgoing, hospitable nature and whatever-it-takes attitude.
Shifts Available:
- Tuesday to Saturday 8am-5pm
- Thursday to Monday 8am-5pm
- Thursday to Monday 4am—1pm
Salary: $60K Annually plus Bonuses
