Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC & Plumbing)

Oneida Total Integrated Enterprises (OTIE) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer (PE) based in Wisconsin to perform design, engineering, and project management services for Plumbing and HVAC systems on a wide range of projects including commercial buildings, higher education facilities, water and wastewater treatment facilities, military installation facilities and infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, design, specification, and construction administration of facility plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Development and application of appropriate industry and departmental design practices.
• Project Management from concept through construction for multi-discipline projects.
• Collaboration with project team members to integrate mechanical system elements with architecture and other engineering systems to complete projects on time and on budget while meeting client’s expectations.
• Training and mentoring junior staff.
• Business and Client Development

Location:

• Anywhere in Wisconsin
• Preferred Cities: Milwaukee, Madison, or Green Bay with a Hybrid Schedule

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• 12 years of building/construction industry mechanical system design experience
• Licensed WI Professional Engineer
• Effective Project Management experience on multi-discipline projects
• Effective communication skills both internally and externally for effective team/project management with a focus on the Client's expectations
• Interested in the development and promotion of a positive internal work environment that takes great pride in delivering outstanding services to our Clients.
• Experience with Commissioning.

Preferred Qualification:

• Commissioning Certification
• Affiliation with ASHRAE preferred
