Oneida Realty Company's Window division is expanding and we need motivated individuals to help us grow!
General Description:
The key role of a window cleaner is to maintain the cleanliness of interior and exterior widows of professional office buildings to a very high standard.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma (preferred)
- Clean and valid driving record
- Reliable transportation to downtown Duluth
- Previous window cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
Job Essentials:
- Ability to work steadily for 8 hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather, year round
- Ability to work at heights and climb a ladder
- Ability to work out of a lift
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow safety regulations and perform all tasks in a safe manner
Work Environment:
The work environment varies from day to day depending on the jobsite and will include indoor and outdoor work. Most job sites are located in downtown Duluth but traveling to a job site is also required. Company vehicles are available for use for jobs outside of the downtown area.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
