- 6P - 6:30a
Location: Crestview, FL
COMPENSATION:
$30-35 per hour (salary will commensurate with experience).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid LPN licensure · Valid driver’s license · Current TB test & Chest X-ray.
- CPR/First Aid Certification Clean drug & background check
