Qualifications:

- Must have visual acuity to determine the accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.

- 6 years of experience working in an Auto Body Shop.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to drive vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions.
- Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, and climb.
- Ability to lift 1-15 pounds.
- Own transportation is required.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written.
- Subject to weather conditions both inside and outside.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for following proper repair procedures and performing all refinish procedures.
- To complete quality work, use air sanders, spray guns, sanding blocks, etc.
- Manage & control materials cost, maximizing usage and inventory.
- Follow all Axalta paint manufacturing guidelines.
- Spray test panels for each vehicle to ensure the color match.
- Assist in prep work when necessary.
- Ensure all paint operations are complete, all masking is removed, and all prior paint-related disassembly has been reassembled before returning the vehicle to the body tech.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as required to meet the needs of the business successfully.
