Job Description

OneLife Health & Performance, a health & aesthetic medical clinic in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is searching for a knowledgeable medical assistant/patient care coordinator to join our team! We are a preventative, lifestyle medicine practice that specializes in health optimization, medical weight loss, hormone therapy, IV therapy, medical aesthetics, lasers, and more.

Job Duties May Include:

  • Triaging Patients (taking vitals, before & after photos, etc.)
  • Assisting Providers During Health & Aesthetic Appointments (Medical Scribing)
  • Following up with Patients about their health & wellness plans
  • Assisting with patient medication refills
  • Medication Education sessions with patients
  • Blood Draws
  • Assisting with IV Therapy
  • Prepping & Flipping Procedure Rooms

Our Medical Assistants/ Patient Care Coordinators work side-by-side with our Providers to ensure the care of the patient. If you're looking for a role where you get to interact with patients & assist with many different appointment types & procedures- this is the job for you!

Experience with hormone therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, medical aesthetics, and/or phlebotomy is preferred, but not required.
