E-commerce Data Analyst

seeking a leader to oversee the performance of our engineering teams, building,

optimizing, managing and motivating high performing teams and contributing to a

culture of success.

Our digital data analysis team queries and analyzes customer journey data to

inform effective and compliant web and mobile experiences for our customers.

About you

You'll work as part of a full-stack agile development team to analyze, inspect, and

improve our web analytics data set. You'll help with data mining and investigating

questions that help drive business and product decisions for our customers.

You may also help our security and fraud departments answers questions about activity

on our various web platforms

This role interacts with several departments but works as part of the Digital engineering team. You'll help provide input in to how our databases can be optimized to better serve the business, as well as be there for our customers.

What you will do

• Website data analytics of customer interaction and application activities

• Create reports and dashboards to share with stakeholders in multiple

• departments

• Assist with data mining for security and fraud analytics.

• Help with code review for database changes, and make suggestions to fill

• gaps or address performance issues

Skills and experience you’ll need

• At least 2-3 years of experience working with relational databases and BI tools

• Strong SQL skills

• Experience with marketing/customer journey analytics tools such as Looker or Heap

• Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports for business stakeholders

• Communicate clearly and with impact in writing, presentations, and speaking

• Fluent in creating and manipulating data presentations (data cubes, pivotal

• tables, etc)

Bonus points if you have

• Experience supporting leading e-commerce solutions for customers

• Experience working in Financial Services industry

• Experience working with Looker, Heap, Snowflake, or Postgresql

• Experience working in agile and scrum environment
