The Company offers high earning potential with a base and potential compensation for performance. Our current Construction Project Managers' yearly pay range is $74,000 to $100,000 depending on their production. There is a potential bonus based on performance requirements.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager is accountable for managing reconstruction projects by leading a project team from start to finish. Responsible for generating positive results in customer and adjuster satisfaction, overall planning, documentation, and management of all personnel and subcontractors on the job site. They ensure that the scope of work is followed and standardized procedures and practices are met in a professional and timely manner.

Construction Project Manager Qualifications (Requirements):

• Have dedicated subcontractors or the ability to recruit them.
• Ability to lead a production team.
• Sound planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience in construction project management.
• Manage budget, purchase orders, and work orders before project start.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and guidelines.
• Build relationships with key customers and clients.

• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test.
• Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Frequently required to use personal protective equipment; having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs; and lifting up to 50-75 pounds.

Construction Project Management skills are a plus.
