Our client, a well-established and leading manufacturer of specialty chemical products, is looking to add a Sr. Process Engineer to their Louisiana operation due to the growing demand for their products and solutions throughout various industries. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing process design techniques to optimize production along with continuous improvement initiatives with safety, environmental consciousness, and reliability in mind. Key Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum of 8 years experience, preferably in refinery or petrochemical plant
  • Experience with troubleshooting operating problems, assessing process variables, and revising and optimizing process designs to ensure efficiency and product quality
  • Adept at tracking and developing process unit KPI's and utilizing Management of Change processes.
  • Solid communication skills, including generating reports and procedures manuals
  • Process simulation experience a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
