About the Job

The role of Senior Solution Consultant - Value is dedicated to helping customers explore, understand, justify and realise the business value associated with the OneStream Platform, CPM technology and business process enhancement.

Value Consultants must exhibit dynamic communication, executive presence, business justification development and leadership skills and drive relevant and productive business conversations with our customers and prospects.  At a high level, skills and abilities include a C-level presence to convey confidence in an executive environment, guide and facilitate meaningful discussions with senior business leaders with an ability to articulate both verbal and written complex business challenges leveraging independent research, analytical skills and knowledge of multiple industries and best business practices. It is expected that a Value Transformation Consultant will have a strong sales acumen, strong project management skills and expert knowledge of cash flow and ROI financial metrics (NPV, IRR, Payback) to conduct quantitative analysis and benchmarking.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Shortening the sales cycle by delivering demonstrations of finance and business benefits to mid and C-level executives in the Office of Finance.
• Providing presales value support to prospective clients and customers, while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
• Developing and delivering high quality OneStream presentations.
• Presenting and articulating advanced product benefits, product future direction and overall OneStream solutions.
• Improving/maintaining standard value assets to ensure top-notch sales presentations.
• Developing and managing references through high quality professional client relationships.
•  Assessment of the current state and envisioning of a future state.
•  Identifying strategic improvement opportunities and aligning them to business goals and objectives.
•  Developing a business case for change, including development of quantified financial benefits with full ROI.
•  Prioritizing improvement opportunities as it relates to CPM

Required Education and Experience

• Fluent in French and English a must.
• Awareneesss of OneStream or similar CPM tools.
• Proven ability in performing rapid assessments of customers’ landscape and targeting use cases for Cloud technology
• Ability to provide guidance to the business in the evaluation of OneStream’s Cloud solution.
• Experience in an operational business role; either in finance or operations.
• Extraordinary presentation and public speaking skills.
• Must have the ability to lead business discussions and identify the right solution for our customer’s needs.
• Versed and experienced with business analysis and financial modeling.
• Background in Finance/Accounting.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Previous experience within either finance or business operations
• Three to five years of CPM industry experience.
