What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Associate position at OneTen?

Responsibilities:
- Issue invoices to customers for T&M, contacts, and quoted projects
- Issue monthly customer statements and A/R follow up
- Process credit memos, as necessary
- Update customer files with contact/billing information
- Submit invoices through customer invoicing website, portal or via email, per customer request. .
- Perform data entry and administrative duties, as necessary
Work Arrangements: On-site (Gaithersburg, MD)
Qualifications:
- Previous accounts receivable experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Interact professionally with customer via verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently

Base Compensation Range is $40,000-58,000
Disclaimer: This base salary range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
