What you’ll be doing...
As the Operations Support Manager you will report to the Market President of Field Sales on the Chief of Staff (COS) team within the Atlantic South Market. As a gatekeeper, operator, implementer, integrator, advisor and strategist you will ensure streamlined activities within the organization based on the priorities of the Market President. You will play a key role in navigating complex business and management challenges while collaborating with leadership and key partners, on behalf of the Market President, to provide executive-level support, planning, analysis, and presentation development to make sure strategic business plans are successfully articulated and communicated at the highest levels of the company.
- Using change management tools and methodologies to support project creation and execution.
- Building and maintaining executive level presentations.
- Performing analysis, recommending, and coordinating all information between the support teams and field leaders for alignment.
- Leading project rollouts, providing updates and communication to key stakeholders.
- Identifying inefficiencies and/or business gaps to provide new ways of working by consolidating resources to drive consistent solutions.
- Driving transformation through the development and implementation of a strategic culture program to ensure a high degree of employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Providing communication and support to the market for critical topics.
- Coordinating executive site visits/town hall meetings while serving as a liaison to the Chief Sales Officer and executive leaders.
- Monitoring and analyzing survey results and leading the development and governance of related action plans.
- Crafting and executing a comprehensive communications plan that ensures company strategies and goals are understood at all levels.
- Developing and running an employee executive recognition program.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for…
You are the type of person that values and drives diverse perspectives and seeks out different points of view when trying to solve complex problems and you are not afraid to speak your mind. You are comfortable working in an ambiguous working environment and are proactive to support your peers and their leaders. You act with a sense of urgency and deliver on-time, on-budget results. You'll lead meetings with senior staff, leverage your elevated organizational skills to track and push deliverables to completion. You understand that projects can be longer-term initiatives and/or confidential assignments requiring discretion and non-disclosure agreement.
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Sales, operations, marketing, or business analytics experience.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% of the time.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- A degree.
- Experience leading direct reports.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Doc, Slides).
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Ability to drive business-critical initiatives to completion.
- Ability to effectively influence beyond position and scope.
- Experience with design and delivery of executive-level communications and successful project management.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
