As a Respiratory Therapist, you will work with patients experiencing many respiratory diseases and disorders. Your unique, in-demand skillset will be integral in both inpatient and outpatient care settings. You will help people manage the challenges of common and complex disorders, including: asthma, bronchitis, chest trauma, COPD, lung cancer, pneumonia, prematurity and more.
The ideal caregiver can multitask and is eager to work in a variety of clinical settings. You’ll thrive in a close-knit, team-based environment where therapists support each other and collaborate seamlessly with physicians, nurses and other caregivers. In this role, you’ll provide personalized care for patients, adapting to their changing needs and tailoring care plans accordingly. Honest and open communication among all caregivers, including the ability to integrate feedback, is an essential part of this role. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in quality initiatives, research and continuing education so you can succeed and grow professionally.

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
Ohio Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) Board licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association (AHA), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through American Heart Association (AHA), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) through American Heart Association (AHA) and/or Neonatal Pediatric Specialist (NPS) certification when appropriate for site.
