The Challenge
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the Salesforce.com integrations, Customer Community, development and administrative activities. You’ll also manage and operate the Customer Community portal and internal processes and automation workflows.
Your Mission
- Review, collaborate and design Salesforce architecture and configuration to reflect current and forecasted business needs
- Ensure design is built correctly and meets Salesforce.com best practices
- Manage user and system access management; set permission and role assignments
- Improve user experience for our internal and external customers
- Manage and maintain continual improvements in workflows, user set up, dashboards and reporting to ensure data integrity and enrichment
- Provide end-user administration including license management, training and troubleshooting
- Provide best practices guidance and support to Sales, Marketing and Product teams
You Are
- An expert in designing and creating Service and Sales Cloud solutions
- Someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to design and optimize technical systems in support of organizational process
- Able to work both independently and as a collaborative facilitator between teams
Your Experience Includes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering or relevant field
- 5 years of software development or programming experience
- 2 years of experience in Salesforce.com design, development and administration, including; Apex (Classes, Triggers and Components), S-Controls, Pages, Portals, Sites, Visualforce, and Force.com IDE
- Experience leading or managing a team of Salesforce Developers
- One or more current Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder), multiple certifications preferred
- Deep understanding of Salesforce administration required (Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Force.com)
- Significant experience in practicing agile methodologies, including scrum and continuous integration environments
Extra Awesome
- Recent development experience in Salesforce Community Cloud
- Previous experience working in a B2B enterprise environment
- Experience working with distributed teams across geos
