POSITION SUMMARY:
The Boat Washer is responsible for the thorough cleaning boats to ensure they are presented in pristine condition. This role involves both interior and exterior cleaning tasks, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality service. The ideal candidate will be reliable, efficient, and possess a strong work ethic.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exterior Cleaning: Wash and clean the exterior surfaces of boats, including hulls, decks, and trim. Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to remove dirt, grime, and marine growth.
- Interior Cleaning: Vacuum, wipe down, and sanitize interior areas such as seating, carpets, and storage compartments. Ensure all interior surfaces are spotless and free from stains or debris.
- Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of boats before and after washing to identify any issues or damage that may need attention.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean all washing equipment and supplies. Report any equipment malfunctions or needs to the supervisor.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns from boat owners.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. Use cleaning products and equipment safely and responsibly.

Experience: Prior experience in boat washing or detailing is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
