We are looking for a mission-driven Mail and Supply Clerk to join our team! The Mail and Supply Clerk will support the Administration Department in processing outgoing and incoming mail and delivering on the main campus.

Keeps inventory of toners and stamps. Assists the Executive Assistant and Front Desk Administrative Coordinator with projects.

These duties can be routine and physically demanding, and are performed to meet constant deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, dexterity and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to accept responsibility and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to complete special projects on a timely basis as assigned.
• Ability to work efficiently on often tight timelines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products to execute tasks like mail merging (or ability to learn.)
