What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Paine Line Lead position at Onin Staffing?
Onin Staffing in Creedmoor is currently recruiting for an automotive paint line lead for a client in Henderson that manufactures and assembles specialty emergency response vehicles.
- Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm
- Pay is negotiable starting at $19/hour depending on experience
For this role, we are seeking an experienced automotive painter to supervise the paint department. The ideal applicant must have the ability to effectively oversee the entirety of the paint department (including prep) and have knowledge in painting aluminum.
- Sanding and prepping trucks for paint
- Taping off parts to paint
- Sprayer painting vehicles
- Attention to detail
- Aluminum painting
Work Experience
This opportunity is a line lead position with a new paint department for our client. Having lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or painting role is a huge plus
- Must have prior automotive paint experience.
- General management skills.
- Must have the ability to run the entirety of the department.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and effectively get products through the paint production line.
