Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Shift: 1st and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Supervising and managing a team of industrial cleaners.
- Assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
- Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Cleaning Operations:
- Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Inspecting facilities and equipment for cleanliness and safety hazards.
- Ensuring proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Quality Control:
- Establishing and maintaining high cleaning standards.
- Conducting regular quality inspections and audits.
- Identifying and resolving cleaning issues promptly.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforcing safety regulations and procedures.
- Providing safety training to team members.
- Ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
Work Experience
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Forklift experience is required.
- Experience in industrial cleaning and maintenance.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Able to lead a group of 20 team members
- Computer experience in using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
