We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Press Brake Operator to join our team. As the Lead Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our press brake machines and ensuring the production of high-quality metal components.

Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, fold, or straighten metal plates and sheets according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine the correct settings and adjustments for the machines
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making necessary adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with the production team to prioritize and schedule work orders
• Train and mentor junior press brake operators, providing guidance and support as needed
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Work Experience

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of press brake machines and their operation
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials when required
