What You'll Do as a Quality Process Technician/Engineer:

You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our state-of-the-art products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement thanks to your passion for electronics and your desire to turn quality data into actionable insights.

Ideal Candidate Skills Include:

Practical Quality Engineering Experience: We're seeking candidates with hands-on quality engineering experience, a deep understanding of quality management systems (preferably ISO 9001), and a track record of turning quality data into actionable strategies.

Data-Driven Decision Maker: You will be responsible for interpreting quality data and trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving projects to enhance product performance.

Leadership and Communication Skills: The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and be able to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to both internal teams and suppliers.

Technical Expertise: Your in-depth knowledge of personal computers, tablets, and servers, as well as your ability to define inspection criteria, work with auditors, and perform data analysis, will be essential in this role.

Problem Solver: Familiarity with root cause analysis tools like 8D and 5 Whys, along with the ability to set up criteria for in-depth product testing, will be key in addressing product non-conformances.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with quality auditors to ensure product performance meets high standards.
• Conduct part-level failure analysis and communicate findings to suppliers.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions with the manufacturing team.
• Define criteria for in-depth product testing and create standard operating procedures.
• Assist in rework/repair of complex issues and maintain ESD control standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams.

The Preferred Candidate Might:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electronics or a related field.
• Have excellent working knowledge of mechanical and electrical specifications.
