We are currently seeking skilled Steel Fab Shop teammates for various positions to join our team. You will be responsible for machine operations, paint helper, assisting on the yard with loads as well as fabricating and assembling metal structures according to specifications. - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the required materials and fabrication processes
- Cut, shape, and bend steel pieces using various tools and equipment such as shears, saws, and presses
- Weld or join metal components together using welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or arc welding
- Perform quality checks to ensure that fabricated steel structures meet the required standards and specifications
- Collaborate with the team to plan and prioritize fabrication tasks to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Able to work in all weather conditions

Work Experience

- Proven experience in a Steel Fab shop or similar role
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication techniques and processes
