What You'll Do as a Warehouse Team Lead (Repack):
- Be a safety champion, prioritizing your well-being and that of your team.
- Collaborate effectively within a small, close-knit crew.
- Take initiative and follow established procedures with a can-do attitude.
- Adapt to changing warehouse demands and keep operations running smoothly.
- Pick, pack, repack, and ship orders with accuracy and speed.
- Utilize WMS system for order management, shipping, and inventory control.
- Juggle multiple tasks seamlessly while maintaining clear communication with your team and coworkers.
- Work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might:
- Have 3 years of experience in warehousing or distribution
- Be experienced operating material handling equipment such as pallet riders and forklifts
- Be Tech Savvy with WMS, BOLs, portals, scanners, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Need to lift 50 lbs. or more, individually or with a team
