What You'll Do:
● Utilize QuickBooks accounting software to maintain and prepare accurate financial statements
● Regularly commute to different company locations throughout the RGV using company vehicle
● Communicate with managerial staff in an effort to provide accurate bookkeeping
● Attend regularly scheduled trainings regarding company policies and financial standing
REQUIREMENTS:
● Proven experience fulfilling an accounting or bookkeeping role with an emphasis on payroll
● Familiarity with accounting software
● Fluent in Spanish & English
● Willingness to travel locally with a company vehicle
