- 1st Shift (Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm) Enjoy your weekends off!
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- $17.50 - $20.00/hr

What You’ll Do as a Customer Account Manager:
- Establish a work atmosphere emphasizing teamwork, collaboration, clear expectations, and open communication.
- Drive the development of new products and improvements to existing ones, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Provide technical assistance during manufacturing and create manufacturing drawings and blueprints.
- Generate project or proposal cost estimates and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Keep knowledge of products up-to-date and current.
- Work within an ERP system to create and update production orders.
- Assist customers with quotes, order processing, problem resolution, and product specifications.
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers and dealers.
- Identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might Have/Willingness to Learn:
- Adobe Illustrator/Coreldraw experience
- MS Office proficient (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Technical expertise and creative problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pay attention to details and ability to multitask
- Be a Team Player with leadership and motivational qualities
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems preferred
- Thrive in fast-paced environments
