Poultry Workers, this is a standing position. You are often in one spot through your shift. We are willing to train, no poultry experience needed. We are hiring for first and second shifts. They pay $15.00 1st shift and $17.00 2nd shift. This job is in Rogers, AR, 72756.
Job Qualifications/Requirements/Responsibilities (Include, but are not Limited to):
Follow Instructions from Manager/Supervisor.
Use Equipment/Tools to Complete Daily Tasks.
Follow all Health & Safety Regulations.
Complete all Assigned Tasks in an Efficient/Timely Manner.
Ensure Equipment/Tools are Cleaned/Stored Properly.
Ability to Physically Bend/Lift/Squat/Stand.
Positive Attitude and Work Ethic.
Poultry Workers are Able to Work Independently and/or as an Active Member of a Team.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication with all Levels of Leadership/Management.
