We are looking for a candidate who has experience working in Marketo and understands how to support global marketing campaigns from inception to production. This role is on a growing team and will include challenges like, deploying Marketo for scale. The ideal candidate has a strong business acumen in addition to a pleasant persistence when faced with obstacles of any size. This role reports directly to the Global Director of Marketing Operations and Analytics
Requirements:
- Marketo experience 3-5 years
- Experience managing, communicating, and collaborating with internal stakeholders on integration projects
- Applying strategy to database management which includes processing, enhancements and measuring
- Responsibly managing and identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency in marketing programs and campaigns
- Optimize and iterate on campaign processes to decrease latency in lead processing
- Lead and collaborate on integrations within and dependent on Marketo
- Ability to manage competing projects and a changing environment
- Analysis of the data collection process and interpretation of reporting within Marketo
- Presentation of analysis and change management process to leadership and peers
- A desire to work flexible hours
- Collaborative spirit and mindset
- Capacity to build and maintain processes within Marketo and supporting our sales teams
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Works to engage stakeholders in both the development and launch of marketing plans
