We are seeking friendly and dependable people to fill both Client Support and Data Processing positions. Prior experience as an office manager, billing office, data analyst or client support specialist is preferred. These positions are full time, Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm. No Weekends and Holidays.
The main purpose of the Client Support Specialist is to ensure that our clients who need support have their requests, questions or issues resolved through a timely and positive interaction with ONLINE via inbound calls and electronic work ticket system. The overall goal of the support specialist is to ensure that our clients “LOVE ONLINE”.
The main purpose of the Data Processor is to make sure we are retrieving and processing our client’s data to meet internal and external expectations while ensuring all rules and regulations are being followed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for these positions may include but are not limited to the following requirements:
* Strong attendance and punctuality are required. These are both 40-hour a week full-time status roles. They work in our office on Fire Tower Road.
* Attention to detail is critical in both of these roles.
*Take inbound client support calls and transferred calls from other department personnel
*Handle mid to low level client technical support calls
*Make outbound calls to clients for occasional issue specific outreach campaigns
*Keep detailed client contact and follow-up notes in our client relationship management software
*Accomplish these communication tasks via phone/ email/electronic Inbox access
*Follow client’s guidelines and requirement while access client data
*Follow all Federal requirements when viewing and processing data
*Handle inbound consumer requests regarding their consumer data
*Maintain positive and professional attitude toward both internal and external customers
*Follow ONLINE Information Services office policies and procedures
