E-Commerce Operations Manager

This opening is for a full-time strictly in-person position of Operations Manager, who will manage the end-to-end operations in the Company reporting directly to the owners. Key Responsibilities are:

Pick, Pack, and Ship Orders from multiple online marketplaces.

Ship items to Amazon FBA.

Provide Customer Service.

Make simple jewelry (we'll teach the right candidate).

Prior experience in eCommerce is strongly preferred.

Our company is a fast-growing well-established family business which has been operating since 2008. Eurostyle Trading Corp. specializes in import and online retail sales of handmade jewelry, accessories, home decor, and leather goods from Italy. We sell direct to consumers on our website and multiple online marketplaces.

IMPORTANT: This job will require you to pay attention to multiple things at once and keep them in mind as you work (inventory levels, packaging availability, jewelry supplies reordering, customer issues, supplier problems). If you are an organized multi-tasker able to think and work quickly - this job is for you. But if this sounds like a challenge and you are not that kind of person, please DO NOT apply.

In this role you will:

-Pick, pack, ship items for customers on our website, Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces;

-Ship products to Amazon FBA;

-Receive and process supplier orders;

-Answer customer e-mails, chats and calls, and follow up on any customer issues until closure;

-Do basic jewelry-making based on existing designs.

We need someone who is EXPERIENCED IN E-COMMERCE, very responsible and detail-oriented. Will need to learn fast, and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. You need to be comfortable with working on your own.

There is an opportunity to advance in all aspects of e-commerce business and take on additional responsibilities based on skills and interests, including photography, photo and video editing, social media marketing and more. We are a family-owned and managed business and we manage most functions in house.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree. Associate degree may be considered.
• 3 years of e-commerce work experience
• Extreme attention to detail
• Multitasking while maintaining the quality of work
• Able to work on your own and as part of a small team
• Ability to learn quickly. You will need to learn about our products and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Microsoft Outlook and Office knowledge and experience
• Daily commuting to Glen Rock, NJ. This is NOT a remote job.

We are located in a professional office building in Glen Rock and have ample parking in the back. We offer medical benefits (not free but we cover part of the cost) as well as 5 paid days off per year that can be used for any reason. Additional unpaid days off, if needed, may be taken with prior approval.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
