What You Will Do: 

• Directs, oversees, and negotiates deal terms and lease documents, including renewals.
• Develops and executes the marketing and leasing strategy for the assigned properties.
• Responsible for building strong relationships within the brokerage community.
• Manages the entire leasing process for assigned properties.
• Manages all incoming leasing inquires and broker calls.
• Markets Onni properties efficiently and effectively to ensure a high level of traffic and implement aggressive sales techniques to ensure a high closing ratio.
• Leads office space tours and provides relevant information to close deals.
• Researches, assesses, and maintains up to date on general market conditions while staying current with the industry trends.  
• Develops and builds referrals to promote Onni Properties.
• Creates and maintains competitive market reports.
• Participates in regional and national trade shows.
• Performs other duties as required.

What You Will Bring:

• 2-4 years’ commercial leasing experience
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
• Proven ability to proactively source tenants and an effective negotiator
• A deep understanding of commercial leasing process and real estate laws

• Experienced, knowledgeable leasing professional with solid sales skills and proven, successful track record.

• Excellent sales and closing skills along with strong networking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be resourcefulness, personal awareness, professionalism, integrity, and exercise confidentiality in all areas of performance.

• Possesses in-depth knowledge of our Brand. Able to convey all features of the property, amenities, and business community accurately.
