Maintenace Technician

Come join our amazing Property Management Team, specializing in multi-family properties, as a F/T Maintenance Technician for Saratoga Apartment Community. Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm. This position will be located at 651 Saratoga Dr Twin Falls, ID 83301

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

-Completing daily work orders for general maintenance repairs.

-Appliance repair, plumbing repair, electric repair etc.

-Completing unit turnovers for vacant units.

-General groundskeeping around the property.

-Completing daily time sheets and recording work through our Property Management software.

-Daily travel as needed (mileage reimbursement)

-This position is for a full 40 hours per week.

-Technician will be on call for after hours emergencies at the properties.

Must have:

-Maintenance experience

-Superb customer service skills

-Excellent time management skills

-Organization and multi-tasking abilities

-Ability to take orders daily from management staff

-Motivation and be self sufficient

-Valid Drivers License

-Reliable transportation (preferably a truck)

Must pass a background check and drug test.

$20-22 plus benefits

We offer a monthly cell phone reimbursement and mileage reimbursement.
