What are the responsibilities and job description for the Courtesy Patrol (Overnight) position at ONQUEST?
Stratton Amenities / OnQuest is a full-service concierge solution providing luxury services for upscale apartments and condominium buildings in Stamford, CT. Our mission is to create the most hospitable experience for our associates, residents and clients.
We are currently interviewing for hospitality and security driven, energetic, and helpful individuals to assume the Courtesy Patrol role. This position will play a key role in the success of our operation as you will be the ambassador of our property during the overnight hours, and the first point of contact for our residents, and guests.
Desired Experience:
· Customer service
· Demonstrable Security-oriented mentality or security background
· Must possess excellent professional communication skills
· Maintain a neat a professional appearance at all times
· Able to work outdoors and walking for 8 hours, and maintain a great attitude
Job Duties
· Ensure the premises is provided with high quality security service
· Report any safety concerns, security breaches and unusual circumstances both verbally, along with written reports
· Answer the security phone in a professional manner
· Greet all guests and employees in a cheerful and welcoming manner
