What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent (Weekend) position at ONQUEST?
We are interviewing for the Front Desk Receptionist/Concierge position in our new luxury high-rise apartment in downtown Nashville, TN. We are looking for individuals who have a thorough understanding of service excellence and true hospitality.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel, hospitality, upscale guest service, or concierge is preferred
- Enjoy interacting with residents
- Professional, friendly demeanor and strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills over the phone, via email, and in person
- Ability to read and adapt to the residents’ personalities, acting according to their preferences
- Excellent resident recovery skills
- Ability to handle stressful client interactions in a positive and pleasant manner
- Self-sufficient, highly organized, ability to multi-task and follow through
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
Physical Requirements:
- Busy front desk with extensive guest interaction and telephone usage
- Written and verbal communication is necessary for interacting with residents and guests
- Potential for lifting and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds
Resident Satisfaction / Recovery:
- Establish a great relationship with residents
- Be able to listen to resident concerns and take the appropriate steps
- Resolve and/or escalate any service gaps
- Make manager aware of resident comments/complaints/issues
- Complete and update daily and weekly reporting
