What you’ll do:


The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of all non-clinical departments, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently. Working collaboratively with the Director of Operations, and overseeing the local site supervisors, the Operations Manager will manage key staff and workflows imperative to the operational and financial health of the organization. These workflows include front desk operations, patient accounts services, and surgical care coordination.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Direct responsibility and oversight of leadership team for Orthopedic/Physical Therapy front desk, call center, revenue cycle, clinical and administrative functions.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to the organization’s objectives and employ appropriate improvements.
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of operations to ensure efficiency and productivity with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee customer support processes and manage them to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Field patient de-escalations and coach leadership and staff on effective strategies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Serve as coach and mentor to team leads in navigating operational challenges.
  • Oversee special projects as needed.

Who you are:

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 Years Experience in management in healthcare related field
  • Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Diligent and proactive results-driven personality
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer systems
  • Collaborative and able to motivate and energize cross functional team members to achieve aggressive goals
