onsemi is seeking an experienced technical lead in analog/mixed-signal design to join a diverse, talented and global Central IP engineering team. As a Senior Member of Technical Staff, your extensive experience and technical leadership in analog/mixed signal design will be critical to the success of the corporate NPD and IP Enablement team that develops, maintains and deploys the analog/mixed-signal design methods and tool flows that are shared by new product and IP development teams throughout onsemi. You will also be responsible for driving corporate-wide continuous improvement and adoption of best practices by providing expert reviews, facilitating root cause analysis and corrective action plans, training engineers on approved design engineering processes, and maintaining analog/mixed-signal process and checklist documents. Ultimate goal for this team is to drive NPD/IP execution improvement across onsemi.

- Drive NPD execution improvement across onsemi, focusing on quality, efficiency and cost

- Collaborate to foster a "one team" philosophy within Central IP and with the onsemi business units (BUs)

- Provide technical expertise and mentoring to your team

- Provide technical expertise, guidance and support to other engineering teams

- Identify, develop, maintain and deploy optimal analog/mixed-signal design methods and tool flows

- Maintain and improve relevant portions of onsemi engineering processes

- Guide upper management toward making sound decisions in your area of expertise

- Develop and communicate key performance indicator reports

- Perform other duties as required

**Qualifications**

- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related technical field

- Extensive track record in analog/mixed signal design and layout

- Strong knowledge and experience with a wide range of analog design and layout flows and methods

- Passion for adopting best-known methods and driving continuous improvement

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Comfortable collaborating across organizational and geographic boundaries
