What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Manager position at Onsight Healthcare?
As a Regional Manager, you are responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. As a Regional Manager, your duties include guiding management staff in your region, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld. In this role, you'll report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and have direct oversight of multiple site manager(s) and/or site director(s) and a portfolio consisting of 10 hospital locations and 50 employees.
Position Overview
- Coordinate, monitor, and manage locations within assigned geographic regions and others on an ad-hoc basis
- Coordinates with sales team business development priorities and key sales actions; assists clients in understanding the full range of company products and services
- Support organization mission, specifically, support improved management reporting, information flow, business process, and organizational planning
- Improve operational systems, processes, and policies
- Meets with client representatives as scheduled or needed; addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Assist in providing a work environment that engenders positive energy, creativity, and teamwork among employees
- Play a significant role in employee development, including an initiative geared towards operational excellence
- Track, analyze, and report operational data regularly
- Recruiting, training, and supporting direct reports as well as conducting regular performance appraisals
- Help plan and support marketing and sales activities
- Performs additional functions, duties, and specific tasks of a similar nature and scope as necessary to achieve assigned business objectives
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required; however, a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Three years of healthcare, hospitality, or parking experience is required, preferably in operations management
- Previous multi-site, multi-state leadership experience is preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Teams, Outlook is required; however, previous Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Must think strategically, make sound decisions, and produce accurate and timely results
- Must build positive working relationships with multiple levels of employees and management
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 80 nationally with overnight stays
