Job Description:
The Community Liaison is a healthcare sales position responsible for generating business and meeting targets from an assigned territory and interacting in the community to promote company services. Primary referral sources include hospitals, physicians, senior retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, and the healthcare community-at-large. Responsible for identifying opportunities for formal or contractual relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities, as well as executing territory sales plans in coordination with operational and clinical leadership to ensure extraordinary customer service.

Job Responsibilities include:
- Ability to develop and support referral source relationships.
- Strong time management skills
- Proven ability to manage a sales territory and contact database.
- Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts.
- Ability to execute presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals with confidence.
- Exceptional and consistent customer service skills.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Conduct sales calls to area Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with team members on the development of new target markets.
- Use Innovative approaches to build and maintain census.
- Maintain positive relationships with referral sources.
- Perform community outreach activities including presentations, exhibits, and one-on-one contact with community groups, and coordinate special events.
- Communicate daily with the clinical operations staff to foster good communication and a teamwork-oriented environment
Job Requirements
- Ideal candidate would have established contacts and strong relationships in the healthcare region.
- Must be customer-focused, persistent, and confident, demonstrating our services to healthcare professionals
- Minimum one-three years of experience in sales
- Valid state driver's license and automobile insurance
